FAQs

What areas do you serve?

We’re blessed to serve all of beautiful Southwest Florida — from Palmetto through Sarasota, Bradenton, Punta Gorda, Fort Myers, Naples, and right down to Marco Island. If your property is somewhere between the palms and the gulf breeze, chances are… we’re there!

How much does it cost?

We have packages for every need and budget — from cozy condos to coastal mansions. Most shoots range between $165–$900, depending on size and add-ons. Your quote will be clear up front, so there are no surprises.

Do you offer drone/aerial photography? Do you have a license?

Yes — we offer aerial photos and video. Our drone pilots are FAA-compliant and follow current drone regulations (Part 107) and local rules. Some flights require additional permissions depending on airspace — we’ll advise if that’s the case.

What’s virtual staging?

It’s like interior design… but done with pixels instead of couches. We digitally place furniture and décor into empty rooms so buyers can picture themselves living there. Most MLS boards are fine with it as long as you disclose it — we’ll even give you the wording so everything’s above board.

What if I’m not happy with the photos?

We aim for “wow” every time. If something needs tweaking, we’ll gladly make minor adjustments. Bigger issues? We’ll make it right. Integrity matters to us — in work and in life.

Do you offer twilight (dusk) shoots?

Yes — twilight shots are an add-on and create dramatic exterior images at dusk. They typically cost more due to timing and longer shooting/editing time, but they’re especially effective for luxury listings and homes with outdoor lighting.

How many photos will I get?

Depends on the package and home size, but typically 35–50 beautifully edited images. Bigger homes get more coverage, so every corner shines. However, we do not count photos!

Can I request a specific photographer?

Yes — if you’ve worked with one of our team before and want them back, let us know when booking. We’ll do our best to match you up.

What if I have a special request?

Bring it on! We love a creative challenge. Just reach out and let’s see how we can serve you best.

How do I book a shoot?

Book online through our website’s scheduling page, or call/email us. For best availability, book 2–3 days in advance. But Same-day or Next-day requests may be possible depending on schedule and location.

How soon will I receive my photos?

We work diligently (and joyfully!) to deliver your standard photos within 24–48 hours. Bigger projects or special edits might take a smidge longer — but we believe excellence is worth the wait.

Can you photograph a vacant property?

Absolutely. For vacant homes, we recommend virtual staging and good exterior/dusk shots to make the listing attractive. We can also offer twilight photos and floor plans to help buyers understand the flow and space.

Do you create floor plans?

Yes! We offer detailed 2D floor plans and even interactive options. They’re accurate for marketing purposes, but if you need certified measurements, you’ll want a licensed surveyor.

Do you charge travel fees?

If you’re within our SWFL service area, nope! Outside that zone, we may add a small travel fee — you’ll see it before you book.

Do you offer discounts for multiple listings?

Yes! Whether you’re a busy agent with multiple listings or a builder needing several homes photographed, we have bundle pricing to bless your business.

How do you protect privacy for occupied homes?

We respect privacy like it’s our own, avoiding sensitive items in shots.

What services do you offer?

Photography packages include interior and exterior HDR images, drone/aerial photography, twilight (dusk) exterior shots, virtual staging, floor plans, 3D/virtual tours, video walkthroughs, and additional services such as property websites and printable brochures.

How should I prepare my home for the shoot?

Think “show home,” not “laundry day.”

  • Clear countertops and hide stray cords.

  • Make the beds like Grandma’s coming over.

  • Open blinds to let light in.

  • Pull cars out of the driveway for exterior shots.

We’ll send you a simple checklist so your home is photo-ready.

Do you offer marketing extras?

Absolutely — from property websites to social media-ready posts and flyers. We’ll make sure your listing shines everywhere it’s seen.

What kind of files will I get?

You’ll receive high-resolution JPEGs perfect for MLS, websites, and social media. Need something special for print or a billboard? Just say the word.

Who owns the photos?

We hold the copyright (that’s standard in the photography world), but you get a full marketing license to use the images for your property’s sale, online, in print, and on social media.

What if it rains?

Florida skies can change in a heartbeat, but no worries — we’ll reschedule due to bad weather at no cost. Sunshine is our specialty.

Do you help with staging?

We provide a staging checklist and advice on the day of the shoot. While we won’t rearrange your furniture marathon-style, we can point you to excellent local stagers or set you up with virtual staging.

What payment methods do you take?

Major credit cards, business checks, and online payments. Payment is due at booking or upon delivery, depending on your account.

Are your photos MLS-ready?

Yes — we deliver them in the proper size and format so they’re ready to upload.
